Conventionally, an aging device for manufacturing annular fluorescent lamps has a hook 5a embedded in one end of a spider 5 provided radially in a circular table 1 that rotates continuously, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3. After the worker inserts the socket 25 into the base pin of the annular fluorescent lamp, hooks the annular fluorescent lamp 7 onto the hook, and completes the predetermined aging schedule by rotating the annular fluorescent lamp 7, the worker inserts the annular fluorescent lamp 7 into the hook. It was removed from the hook 5a, the socket 25 was removed, and the aging process was completed. However, with this device, the operator has to use both hands when inserting the socket, resulting in low work efficiency and a small throughput per unit time.

In addition, sockets are generally used for lighting equipment, and the contact piece inside the socket may lose its springiness, or metal powder may fall off from the tip of the base pin.
It has disadvantages such as generation of sparks and poor conduction, deteriorating the lamp characteristics, and the durability of the socket is extremely short. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and an object of the present invention is to provide an aging device for an annular fluorescent lamp that is efficient in operation and easy to maintain. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 is a circular table with electric motor 2,
It rotates continuously or intermittently through a worm 3 and a worm wheel 4, and has working heads 5 made of insulating material radially arranged on its outer circumference at equal intervals. A j-ballast 8 for lighting the annular fluorescent wrap 7 is fixed, an electric brush mounting plate 9 is provided on the extension of the side plate 6, a plurality of electric brushes 10 are provided, and a power source (not shown) is provided. 1) Power is supplied to the ballast 8 by a current collecting rail 12 embedded in the fixed drum 11.

The working head 5 has fixed side contact pieces 13a, 13 tilted at an angle of approximately 450 with respect to the rotating surface, and an activity vehicle 24 is restrained by a cam rail 15 and swings around a fulcrum shaft 16. Movable side contact pieces 14a, 14b are embedded in a bell crank 17 made of an insulating material.Furthermore, a cap rest 18 is provided for fixing the orientation and positioning of the annular fluorescent lamp 7, and the fixed side contact piece 13a , 13b and the movable contact pieces 14a, 14b, which are inclined at an angle of approximately 45 degrees with respect to the rotating surface when in contact with the cap pin, each have a highly inclined surface as shown in FIG. It enters inside the four cap pins 20, and ensures the positioning of the cap 19 and the contact between the cap pin 20 and the fixed side contact pieces 13a, 13b and the movable side contact pieces 14a, 14b. The movable side contact pieces 14a, 14b pressurize the base pin 20 by the spring 21, and the stopper 22 causes the movable side contact pieces 14a, 14b to touch the fixed side contact pieces 13a, 13b when the annular fluorescent lamp 7 is not present. prevent this from happening.
In addition, a buffer pad 23 is provided on a part of the work head 5 to prevent shock when the annular fluorescent lamp 7 is attached or detached. Furthermore, the relationship between the fixed side and movable side contact pieces 13 and 14 with respect to the base pin 20 may be as shown in FIG. By configuring as described above, while the movable contact pieces 14a, 14b are opened by the cam rail 15, the operator can remove the cap pins 20a, 20b of the cap 19 attached to the annular fluorescent lamp 7. As shown in FIG. 8, the annular fluorescent lamp 7 is positioned by applying it to the tapered surfaces of the fixed side contact pieces 13a and 13b, and supporting it with the base holder 18.

Next, as the active vehicle 24 is released from restraint from the force rail 15, the tapered surfaces of the movable contact pieces 14a, 14b enter between the cap pins 20c, 20d by the force of the spring 21, and the four caps Pins 20a, 20b, 20c, 2
A lighting circuit can be assembled through the current collecting rail 12, the electric brush 10, and the ballast 8 without electrical conduction to each other, and the annular fluorescent lamp 7, which has completed the predetermined working schedule after going around the cam rail, is connected to the cam rail. 15, the movable side contact pieces 14a, 14b can be taken out while they are about to open. In other words, the operator can work with one hand, and since all he has to do is place the annular fluorescent lamp 7 in a predetermined position and take it out, the required work time is shortened, and the throughput per unit time can be reduced. This can dramatically improve work efficiency. As explained above, according to the device of the present invention, the aging process of the annular fluorescent lamp can be performed with high efficiency, and since a socket is not used, cleaning and maintenance of the contact piece can be easily performed, and the annular fluorescent lamp can be aged easily. Since the lamps are held perpendicularly and radially to the circular table, the distance between the working heads can be reduced, a device with a large processing capacity can be obtained even if the scale is the same, and it has features such as being easy to implement.
