BACKGROUND ART Polyester-based synthetic fiber yarn (hereinafter referred to as polynisder yarn), which has excellent properties such as high strength and abrasion resistance, has been widely used as a material for land-use nets such as safety nets. In these applications, it is required to have the desired color and external flammability, so nets made from polyester threads are dyed with disperse dyes and then treated with H repellent. There is. However, during the flame retardant treatment after dyeing, the dye inside the fiber migrates to the fiber surface and exists in an unstable state, which can be used outdoors under harsh conditions of direct exposure to the sun, wind, and rain. The problem pointed out below is that the dye may fall off and fade considerably, and WK flammability may decrease.

The flame-retardant net of the present invention is made of colored polyester threads that are solution-colored (hereinafter referred to as dope-dyed) with pigments, heat-resistant organic pigments such as anthraquinone, phthalocyanine, and polyazo, and ultramarine, cobalt blue, and cadmium. Using inorganic pigments such as yellow, cadmium red, and chrome green, a predetermined amount of these pigment powders or master chips are mixed into polyester chips, and colored polyester thread obtained by melt spinning and drawing is used as a material. This is produced by making a net using a Kagimata netting machine, a Russell netting machine, a knotless netting machine, etc., and then subjecting it to flame retardant treatment. The flame retardant treatment is carried out using flame retardants represented by the above general formula, namely tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate, tris(monochloropropyl) phosphate, tris(2,3-dichloropropyl)phosphate-1. bromopropyl)bosphate, tris(213-dibromopropyl)bosphate, tris(2-chloro,3-bromopropyl)phosphate-1~, polybrominated l-rifenyl phosphate, polybrominated tricresylphosphate=1-, etc. It is immersed in a dispersion containing one or more halogenated alkyl phosphate-based flame retardants or halogenated aryl phosphate-based flame retardants, and then heat-treated at a temperature of usually 90°C or higher. In addition, if the polyester yarn constituting the net is thin, 500 d or less, the number of digits is 200 times/M or less, or if there are no strong knots, the above 1.
1. After immersing it in a dispersion of fuel at product temperature, squeeze it evenly and 17
Curing may be performed at a temperature of 0° C. or higher. In either case, the amount of flame retardant contained inside the fiber is 5 to 20.
It is preferable that it is % by weight (based on fiber).

Through the above treatment, the flame retardant is diffused not only on the surface of the polyester yarn but also inside the fiber, and does not fall off even when exposed to wind and rain, maintaining flame retardancy almost permanently. In particular, because the net material is spun-dyed polyester yarn, unlike conventional dyed polyester yarn, the pigment particles (particle size: 0 to 40μ) do not migrate during the flame retardant treatment process and are extremely stable. Combustion treatment can also be carried out in one minute, significantly improving the durability of flame retardancy.

As described above, the flame-retardant net of the present invention is made of spun-dyed polyester yarn containing a halogenated alkyl phosphate-based or halogenated aryl phosphate-based 111 flame agent, has extremely good weather resistance such as color and flame retardancy, and has excellent weather resistance for outdoor use. It is extremely useful for use under harsh conditions.

A 200-hour weather test was conducted using a meter, and the fading resistance was compared. Before the flame retardant treatment, the difference between net and throat was 4 to 5, but after the flame retardant treatment, the net of the present invention was 4 to 5. Although the net of the comparative example showed poor weather resistance as in grade 5, it was grade 2 and its weather resistance deteriorated significantly.
