を付与され、−次側絞り弁５の一定高開度迄二次側絞り
弁７の開放を規制する溝８Ａを有する一次側′絞り弁レ
バー８と、−次側絞り弁レバー８の溝８Ａ内に係合され
るとともに回動自在に配置された補助レバー１１と、二
次側絞り弁７と同期的に回動し、負圧作動機構１４にて
開方向作動力を付与されるとともに補助レバー１１とス
