調整、チェック等組立作業の煩雑化を防ぎ、生産工程の
簡略化を考慮したVTRのメカ部構造を提供することに
ある。本発明ではVTRのメカ部を載置する基体を二つ
に分け、第一の基体にテープカセットの巻取リールと繰
出リールとを回転駆動する駆動装置等を載置し、第二の
基体にテープカセットから引き出された磁気テープが張
架される走行経路等を載置する。さらに、セットの骨組
を樹脂にて一体成形し、この樹脂成形枠に前述の二つの
基体を保持する面を基体の主平面と平行に形成して、二
つの基体を取付け締結ネジにて固定する。

する面6d及び6cがそれぞれ段違い平行に設けられて
いる(第3図)。第一の基体4には、第1図に示すよう
に押釦7、繰出リール台8、巻取リール台9、巻戻しロ
ーラ10、早送りローラ11、その他の駆動機構が載置
されている。第二の基体5には、同じく第1図に示すよ
うにピンチローラ12、キヤプスタン16モータ1牡音
声・制御用磁気ヘッド13、回転ドラム15等のテープ
走行経路等が載置されている。第一の基体4及び第二の
基体5は、それぞれのブロックであらかじめ組立てられ
て、治具等を用い調整チェックがそれぞれ単独でなされ
ている。
