Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] 1. A perforated plate with a large number of small holes, an overflow pipe that drains the liquid on the perforated plate, and a liquid receiving plate that receives the liquid from the overflow pipe and drains it onto the perforated plate. In the gas-liquid contact device, which includes a plurality of shelves and brings a descending liquid and a rising gas into gas-liquid contact on the perforated plate, the extinguisher does not have small holes in a portion of the perforated plate close to the overflow pipe.
