Description

塵芥を収容するボデーの後部に塵芥積込用のホッパー
を有し、該ホッパー内部に回転板及び押込板等の積込装
置を装備した所謂リヤロータ方式の塵芥収集車において
は、従来はホッパー部がボデーに対し上方に回動してボ
デー後部を開放しボデー内に収容した塵芥を排出し得る
ようになつているのが一般的である。このようにボデー
後部にホッパー部を開閉作動し得るように設けたものに
あつては、ボデー部の汚水が該ボデーとホッパー部の接
合箇所から洩れるのを完全に防ぐことが極めて困難で、
市街地走行中路上に汚水が流れ落ちる欠点があり、又塵
芥排出に際しホッパー部をダンプさせたとき、誤つてダ
ンプしたホッパー部が落下し、作業員の死傷事故をまね
くことがあり、非常に危険である等、多くの問題を有し
ている。 上記のような問題に対処する為に、リヤロー
タ方式の塵芥収集車において、ホッパー部をボデー後部
にボデーの延長部として一体に形成した塵芥収集車が考
えられているが、ホッパー内に投入された塵芥をボデー
内に積込む機構及びボデー内の塵芥を排出する機構等が
極めて複雑な構造となりなかなか厄介であるので未だ実
用化されるまでには至つていない。本発明は上記のよう
にホッパー部がボデー後部に一体に形成したリヤローダ
方式の塵芥収集車において、簡単なる構成にて機能良く
塵芥の積込、排出を行うようにした装置を提供するもの
で、以下附図実施例につき説明する。第1図において1
は自動車のフレーム(図示省略)上に装着されたボデー
(塵芥収容箱)で、その後部には後面部に塵芥投入口を
有するホッパー部2が一体に連設されている。3は掻き
込みパネルで、該掻き込みパネル3はボデー1の後方上
部において左右両側壁内面に沿うようにピン7にて回動
可能に軸着されたガイドレール5に摺動可能なるよう保
持されたスライダー4の下端部に軸6にて回動可能なる
よう取付けられ、スライダー4に固着したブラケット4
aと掻き込みパネル3に固着したブラケット3a間に両
端を枢着された第一のシリンダー装置8の伸縮により掻
き込みパネル3は軸6を中心として回動制御され得るよ

みパネルにて閉塞しボデー内の塵芥のホッパー内への落
ち込みを防止すると共にホッパー内の塵芥積込みに際し
てはディフレクタが上記ボデー後部を閉塞する位置から
ほとんど動くことなくボデー内塵芥を押えた状態にて掻
き込みパネルの作動にてホッパー内塵芥をボデー内に押
し込むことができ、又ボデー内塵芥の排出に際しては第
二シリンダー装置の作動によりこれら装置全体を上方に
回動させボデー後部を完全に開放とし、エジエクタパネ
ルによる塵芥排出を的確に行い得るもので、ボデー後部
にホッパー部を一体に形成した塵芥収集車における塵芥
の積込、排出を機能良く的確に行い得る点極めて効果的
なるものである。

る第二のシリンダー装置を設け、該第一及び第二のシリ
ンダー装置の作動の組合せにより、上記ディフレクタと
掻き込みパネルがボデー後部を閉塞した停止位置より掻
き込みパネルが後方に回動してスライダーの下降により
ホッパー部の後部に下降し、次に掻き込みパネルがホッ
パー部の底面に沿つて前方に回動して投入塵芥のボデー
内への積込作動を行うよう構成すると共に、塵芥排出時
は第二シリンダー装置の作動によりガイドレール、スラ
