Claims

an outer cutter having a cutting hole formed therein; an inner cutter having a plurality of blades in sliding contact with the lower surface of the outer cutter and having a through hole penetrating the upper and lower surfaces at the center; and a hollow cutter communicating with the through hole of the inner cutter. An electric shaver comprising: a motor having an output shaft for rotationally driving the inner cutter; and a water pump connected to the output shaft of the motor.
