性長尺体と、該可曲性長尺体を搬送コンベア側に巻き上
げるための巻上装置と、外周に凹凸部を有し、搬送コン
ベアと同一方向に回転して積み重なった管体を凸部で切
り崩すべく搬送コンベア入側のコンベア稼動用回転体と
同軸上に配設されたホイールとを有することを特徴とす
