Claims

In a hot plate heater holding structure in which a ring-shaped heater is fitted and held on a receiving plate via a heater support, a heater support 3 is formed by bending a thin plate so as to deform according to the direction of thermal expansion of the ring-shaped heater 1. A hot plate heater holding structure characterized in that the heater 1 is clamped at a suitable number of places and attached to a receiving plate 2.
