- In No. 355■, a flange-like member is provided in the hollow outlet tube forming the axis of the rotary separator, protruding from the inside of the tube near the center and having an end bent along the axis of the tube, A device is described in which the thread heated and spun from a rotating spinning chamber is entwined several times with this collar-like member for false twisting. Because it is provided, you can use the heated thread (tane thread) when opening the thread.
It is not possible to insert the thread smoothly, and the thread breaks at the joint after the thread is spliced. Furthermore, in the case of fine thread count, there is a problem that too much tension is applied by the collar-like member, resulting in frequent thread breakage. As a result of extensive research, the inventors of the present invention have completed the present invention, which solves the problems of the conventional devices.The purpose of this invention is to have a novel navel whose function is completely different from that of conventional temporary devices. The purpose is to spin warp yarns for glueless weaving with less fuzz by using a separator and adjusting the tension during spinning by applying a temporary effect and adjusting the tension during spinning without installing any complicated equipment. For this purpose, the navel part of the separator is made into a trapezoidal cone shape, and during heating spinning, the heating yarn is brought into contact with the edge of the thread guiding hole on the top surface of the trapezoidal cone, heated, and is heated to form a fluffy state under tension. This purpose is achieved by forming threads and pulling them out.

The suction air flow generated when the air in the rotor 8 is discharged passes through the fiber supply port 10 and collides with the back surface of the separator 11, and then the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the rotor 8 causes the fibers to accumulate. It is accumulated in the groove 12. The accumulated fibers 7 are sequentially stripped from the fiber accumulation groove 12 by the tip of the heating yarn 13 (seed yarn), refocused, and at the same time heated by the rotation of the rotor 8. The yarn is drawn out through a guide hole 15 provided at the center of the navel portion 14 of the separator 11 shown in FIG. The navel portion 14 is formed in a so-called truncated cone shape that tapers toward the bottom surface 8a of the rotor 8. This is the conical top surface 14a of the navel and the inner peripheral surface 14b of the thread guide hole 15 shown in FIG.
Preferably, the angle θ formed by the edge portion where the two meet is an acute angle, and the radius of curvature R is preferably 0.2Tsn<R<0.5TIr!
This is because it is necessary to set the value to n, and by doing so, it is possible to apply appropriate contact pressure to the spun yarn, and the fluffing effect can be exhibited without increasing yarn breakage. . Therefore, the heating thread was made to have the required acute angle of 0!
By drawing the yarn through the guiding hole 15 and applying tension while contacting the edge portion, the twisted structure is sharpened and the yarn is tightened, so that the wrapped fibers, which are unique to air spinning, are formed at the edge portion of the navel. Straighten the fibers that protrude from the thread body and screw them into the thread body! Twist in a spiral. Here, the distance L between the truncated conical top surface 14a of the navel portion 14 and the rotor bottom surface 8a is preferably a value in the range of 2〈L〈3Wf1,
What if 2? > L, the tension of the heating thread 13 (
is too tight and the thread breaks frequently. Also, the seed yarn is not suctioned during splicing. If 3m<L, the rotor bottom surface 8
The distance between a and the frustoconical top surface 14a of the navel becomes longer, the spinning tension decreases, and the tightness of the yarn deteriorates. Next, the value of the inner diameter D of the truncated conical thread guide hole of the navel portion 14 is 4 m<
D5wm is good, if 4T! When 0n>D, the false-twisting effect is extremely reduced, and the yarns fall through and cannot be spun.

Furthermore, the spinning tension T when spinning using the above navel section 14 is 1060y/Ne<T when the spinning count Ne (English cotton count) is 1600y.
/Ne range is good, but if 1060 Da/
If Ne>T, the spinning tension is too low and the fluffing effect and yarn tightening effect are poor;
When y/Ne<T, the spinning tension is too high and yarn breakage occurs frequently. Next, Table 2 shows a comparison of yarn physical properties between yarn spun by the conventional method and yarn spun by the method of the present invention. It was spun using a spinning machine under the conditions listed in Table 1.

It is shown that the yarn spun by the method of the invention has much better fluffing effect and yarn tightening effect than the yarn spun by the conventional method. That is, according to the method of the present invention in which the navel part of the separator is made into a truncated cone shape and heated spinning is carried out using an air spinning machine in which the inner diameter D1 of the yarn guide hole, the distance L1, and the tension T are set to the required values, the method of the present invention can be used as a conventional ring yarn. This method solves the problems of poor yarn tightness and fluff, which were considered to be disadvantages of air-spun yarns in the comparison of the above, and makes it possible to spin air-spun yarns with a clean yarn surface.
