Typical examples of conventional dust prevention measures are shown in Figures 1 to 3.
As shown in the figure. This method uses so-called pressure rice to make the entire internal pressure of the car body 1 higher than the outside air to prevent dust. That is, an intake chamber 4 is provided that is partitioned off from the vehicle body 1 and takes in only outside air 14, so that the blower 5 does not take in the inside air of the vehicle body 1. A cooling air passage 6 and a pressurizing air passage 7 are provided in the air blowing section of the blower to blow air into the vehicle body 1 and pressurize it. At this time, the vehicle body 1 needs to be airtight to prevent wind from leaking. However, the car body 1 has many holes through which wiring and piping pass through the floor, and welded joints on the car body 1 itself, all of which must be filled. In addition, airtightness cannot be obtained unless air is taken in from inside the vehicle body 1, so an intake chamber 4 is required, and consideration must be given to an arrangement that does not cause inconvenience to traffic. Alternatively, outside air is sucked into the vehicle body 1 without providing an intake chamber 4, and the control equipment frame is made into an airtight structure with no ventilation inside the frame, or the airtight structure is made into an airtight structure and the inside of the frame is pressurized to prevent dust. Sometimes.

However, if there is no ventilation within the equipment frame, the temperature rise due to heat generated by the internal equipment becomes a problem, and on the other hand, in order to keep the temperature below a specified value, the space must be enlarged, resulting in a large frame. Furthermore, in order to make the frame a sealed structure, the construction becomes extremely difficult and the construction cost increases. [Object of the Invention] An object of the present invention is to provide a cooling device for in-vehicle equipment that solves the above problems and has a high dustproof effect without impairing the cooling effect.

The present invention provides an on-vehicle equipment installation section separated from other sections in the vehicle body, installs an equipment frame for storing control equipment in this on-board equipment installation area, and cools the control equipment within this equipment frame. In the cooling device for in-vehicle equipment, a panel filter is provided on a side wall facing the outside of the in-vehicle equipment installation section to introduce outside air, and a blower is provided in the in-vehicle equipment installation section, and the air blower and the equipment frame are connected to each other. are connected via a wind path, and the wind speed within the equipment frame is set to be 1.5 to 37 r1, IS, to the equipment frame connected by the air path.

First, a section for installing in-vehicle equipment separated from other sections is provided in the vehicle body 1, and a panel filter 8 is installed on the side wall facing the outside of this section.
will be established. The blower 5 has a cooling air passage 6 and a dust prevention air passage 9.
Connect. The other end of the dustproof air passage 9 is connected to an equipment frame 2 that houses equipment that requires dustproofing, such as a contactor 15. Equipment that does not require dustproofing shall be housed in the equipment frame 3, which has a simple structure. The blower 5 sucks air in the on-vehicle equipment installation section of the vehicle body 1 and sends it to the cooling air passage 6 and the dust prevention air passage 9.

When air inside the vehicle body 1 is sucked in, the pressure inside becomes lower than that outside, and outside air is sucked in through the panel filter 8. Due to the suction of the blower 5, the air in the area where the on-vehicle equipment is installed moves considerably, but there is almost no movement in areas far from the blower 5, and stagnation is particularly likely to occur inside the equipment frame.
Active ventilation is required.

Therefore, the equipment frame 2 has covers 10, 11 and 12.
Separate the area from the area where onboard equipment is installed. A gap 13 is provided in this cover to actively release wind and improve ventilation. The ventilation volume of equipment frame 2 is as follows:
.. If you set it to 5 to 37 nIS, you can obtain sufficient cooling and dust-proofing effects. Ru. In addition, here, the passing wind speed of equipment frame 2 is set to 1.5 to 3WLIS, which is 1.57TL.
This is because if it is less than IS, the dust cannot be completely transported and will adhere to the control equipment, and if it is more than 3rrL1S, there will be no dust adhesion, but the air volume will be wasted in terms of cooling. Further, the discharge portion of the dust-proof air passage 9 to the equipment frame 2 is provided with a wind speed adjustment plate 17 designed to allow the wind to spread throughout the equipment frame and to reduce the discharge wind speed as much as possible.

This wind speed adjustment plate 17 can be easily manufactured by forming a perforated plate with small holes on the side where the wind travels straight and large holes on the side in the direction perpendicular to the straight travel of the wind. Further, in order to make it possible to adjust the ventilation air volume within the equipment frame, a damper 16 is provided in the middle of the dust-proof air passage 9 to distribute the air volume with the cooling air passage 6.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention as described above, a dustproof effect can be obtained by ventilating the equipment, and the structure is simplified since there is no need to seal the equipment frame.

In addition, active ventilation prevents temperature rise within the equipment frame and eliminates the need for space to increase heat capacity, which is required for a closed structure frame, resulting in a smaller equipment frame. Furthermore, since the covers are installed with a clearance, a structure as shown in FIG. 7 can be adopted, and devices that generate arcs such as the contactor 15 can be easily accommodated. Effects such as this can be obtained. Furthermore, the wind speed adjusting plate 17 can prevent equipment from being damaged by wind that is intensively discharged at high speed.

In addition, in the adjustment damper 16, by adjusting the air volume in this part, the air volume in the cooling air passage 6 is also adjusted, and the structure becomes extremely simple.
