People often do not realize that a cigarette or match has fallen onto their bedding or carpet, resulting in the bedding or carpet starting to smolder and causing a fire. Particularly in rooms that are fully air-conditioned, such as hotel guest rooms, the indoor air is constantly ventilated, so the smoke generated by smoldering bedding is agitated and diluted by the ventilation flow, and is then carried outside. It is exhausted and does not easily reach the ceiling surface, and similarly, the hot airflow generated by the high temperature of the burning part of the bedding does not easily reach the ceiling surface due to the ventilation flow. For this reason, even if a smoke detector or heat detector is installed on the ceiling of the room, by the time smoke or heat is detected, the fire will have spread from the bedding and carpet to other areas, causing serious problems. It was hot too. In view of the above points, this invention provides a fire detection sheet that can reliably detect a fire in bedding or carpet at a level where people can evacuate without fear even if the bedding or carpet is smoldering and smoke is generated. One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1st
In the figure, the cloth is a formed sheet of thermal plastic such as polyester, polyethylene, polystyrene, nylon or cellulose resin, and this sheet 1
A conductor such as conductive paint is used as the fire detection wire 2 in a continuous comb-like or spiral shape, and the amount of smoke is such that even if bedding, carpets, etc. catch fire and smoke is generated, evacuation can be done without fear. When the sheet 1 melts, the fire detection line 2 is disconnected and then coated and printed.

Both ends of this fire detection line 2 are connected to a detection section 4 through a connector 3 or the like. FIG. 2 shows one embodiment of the detection section 4, in which a fire detection line 2 connected between input terminals Tl and Tl is connected in series to a power source E together with a resistor R1.

The connection point between the fire detection line 2 and the power supply is connected to the base of a transistor Trl which is connected in series with the power supply E together with the power supply, and the connection point between the transistor Trl and the power supply is connected to the power supply together with the buzzer The detecting section 4 is connected to the base of the transistor Tr2 connected in series to the transistor Tr2.
Next, the operation will be described. The sheet 1 is placed, for example, between bedding, and the detection unit 4 is placed near it.

Normally, the fire detection wire 2 of the seat 1 is not disconnected, and its resistance value is lower than the resistance R2 of the transistor T.
Both rl and Tr2 are non-conductive. When a cigarette or match falls onto the bedding and the bedding starts to burn, the sheet 1 also begins to melt due to the fire or heat. And expand the burning area of the bedding. When the melted area of the sheet 1 expands and reaches the fire detection line 2, the fire detection line 2 is immediately disconnected due to the melting of the sheet 1. Therefore, the base potential of the transistor Trl changes from a high potential to a low potential, and a base current flows therethrough, making it conductive. This transistor Tr
Due to the conduction of l, the transistor Tr2 becomes conductive and the buzzer B is activated.
An electric current flows through the area, and buzzer B sounds to notify the person that the bedding is on fire while the smoke concentration is still high enough to safely evacuate. In the above embodiment, the surface of the sheet 1 on which the fire alarm line 2 is coated and printed may be covered with a sheet of thermal plastic or cloth.

By the way, in the above explanation, the sheet 1 on which the fire detection line 2 is coated and printed is placed on top of or between the bedding, or under the carpet. The provided bedding or carpet itself can also be used as a sheet. This point will be explained next. Thermal plastic tape is coated with conductive paint and printed to form a fire detection line, and this fire detection line connects to bedding and carpets. The fire/disaster detection wire is bent at predetermined intervals and fixed by gluing or embedding when the fire/disaster detection wire is disconnected due to burning of bedding or carpet. Both ends of the fire detection line are connected to the detection unit 4.
A fire detection sheet is constructed by connecting the Also, instead of gluing or embedding a fire detection line printed on thermal plastic tape coated with conductive paint into bedding or carpet, conductive paint is continuously applied to the fabric of bedding or carpet by bending it at predetermined intervals. A fire detection line may also be configured. The operation of these fire detection sheets is the same as in the above embodiment. In each of the above embodiments, the detection section may be integrated into the seat, or the detection section may be connected to a signal line of automatic fire alarm equipment. Generally, in the event of a fire, the line-of-sight distance from which a third party can safely evacuate without being engulfed by smoke is 17 to 20 wt, and the smoke density at this time is 1.
The light attenuation rate of TrL is about 15%.

According to a fire experiment in which a lit cigarette was dropped onto bedclothes or carpets in an air-conditioned space the size of a hotel room or living room, the bedclothes and carpets were found to have a diameter of 25 to 3 hours or more. When the flames spread, the smoke density in the room was about 1
It turned out to be 5%. As a result, if the predetermined interval between the fire alarm lines 2 in each of the above embodiments is set to within 25 cm, a fire alarm can be issued while the indoor smoke concentration is safe for evacuation. According to the present invention, a fire detection sheet can be obtained that can detect a fire in bedding or a carpet when it is still smoldering and when the smoke concentration in the room is at a level that allows evacuation without anxiety.
