３はフレーム部材である。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）センサ一部と該センサ一部に連設された端子部と
    を有する基板と、前記端子部と電気的に接続される端子
    ピンを有するプラグと、前記基板を囲むように前記プラ
    グに嵌着される保護カバーとを備えてなる湿度センサー
    において、前記保護カバーには、平均孔径が３〜５μの
    四弗化エチレン樹脂からなる高分子多孔質膜が設けられ
    ていることを特徴とする湿度センサー。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）において、前記保
    護カバーは、通気窓を有する合成樹脂ケーシングからな
    り、その通気窓に前記高分子多孔質膜が設けられている
    ことを特徴とする湿度センサＯ
