When forming this type of core, generally a magnetic material block 1 as shown in Fig. 1 is processed as shown in Fig. 2, and then a second As shown in the figure or Fig. 3, the first
A plurality of cores as shown in Figure 3 are obtained one at a time, or a plurality of cores are obtained at the same time using a plurality of cutters. However, both in the case of Fig. 2 and the case of Fig. 3, the magnetic material block 2 is cut while being fixed to the base plate 4, and due to the fixing area, good fixing cannot be achieved, resulting in poor precision. A good cut cannot be made.

It also has drawbacks such as being easily damaged. The present invention eliminates these drawbacks.

A magnetic material block 13 corresponding to 2 in the figure is a molding agent whose outer periphery is square or circular, and is used to mold a plurality of magnetic material blocks 12.

In this case, the molding agent consists of resin and glass beads, and the dots in the figure correspond to the glass beads. Figure 5 shows a state in which it has been cut to a certain size, and Figure 6 shows a state in which it has been cut to a certain size.
This shows a part of the sheet divided into two parts.

That is, in the present invention, in order to obtain a core like 3 in FIG. 1 with a magnetic material block 12 having an arbitrary size (thickness), it is first molded with a molding agent 13, and in that state, as shown in FIG. A laminated core can be formed by cutting to a fixed size as shown in FIG. 6, and then taking out only the core 12'(121' to 125') as shown in FIG.

以上の点は特願昭52−157594号(特開昭54−

The above points are discussed in Japanese Patent Application No. 52-157594
(Refer to Publication No. 90373), but the fourth

As a means for this, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, abrasive materials 503 and 504 are provided on the upper and lower sides of a rotary plate 502 having an insertion hole 501 for the laminated core, and the abrasive materials 503 and 504 are provided in the direction of the core 505 inserted into the insertion hole 501. With the abrasives 503 and 504 under pressure, the abrasives 503 and 504 and the rotary plate 5
By rotating the core 505, both sides of the core 505 are polished.

However, in this case, a hole 501 corresponding to the laminate core 505 must be provided in the rotating plate 502.

If the laminate core 505 itself is small, its hole 501
It is troublesome to take it in and take it out. In addition, the laminate is formed within the hole 501.
The core 505 may dance and the end may be damaged. Therefore, the hole provided in the rotary plate 502 is made large enough to allow the core block 500 cut to size as shown in FIG. 5 to be inserted as shown in FIG.
1 (in this case core-block 5)
00) is just a core 505 (corresponds to 12″ in Figure 6)

Furthermore, even if the core falters within the hole 501, the molding agent will come into contact with the wall of the hole 501, and the end of the core will not be damaged. In other words, the core is also protected. As is clear from the above examples, according to the present invention, a magnetic block molded with a molding agent containing glass beads is cut to a fixed size and the upper and lower surfaces are separated after polishing, so there is no damage. , polishing can be performed.

In addition, the core is easy to manufacture and costs can be reduced.
