係合するカム機構とを備え、そのカム機構とカムフォロ
ワにより上記ピストンを往復動させてそれぞれ容器内に
所定量の充填液を充填するようにした定量式充填装置に
おいて、上記カム機構を第１カム部材と第２カム部材と
から構成するとともに、上記カムフォロワを上記第１カ
ム部材に保合可能な第１カムフオロワと第２カム部材に
係合可能な第２カムフオロワとから構成し、かつ第１カ
ムフオロワと第２カムフオロワとの少なくともいずれか
一方を上記作動ロンドの作動方向に相対変位可能に設け
