Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a burner nozzle from clogging, by injecting fuel for a short time from the nozzle of one burner which is stopping, while another burner is in burning operation. CONSTITUTION:At the time of partial loading, combustion is taken place by a burner 1 only, while a burner 2 is stopped, for example. At that time, fuel is injected from the nozzle 4 of a stopping burner 2 by the other operation signal for a short time at predetermined intervals. A certain length of time is necessary for the light-duty content in fuel adhering to the nozzle 4 and remaining inside to be heated and vaporized. Therefore, the above-mentioned intervals should be determined shorter than the time which is necessary for the fuel to be vaporized. With such an arrangement, the nozzle 4 is prevented from clogging.

In a combustion apparatus using a plurality of burners, in the case of partial load operation, some of the burners are provided with a stop period, and during that period, fuel is not injected from the nozzle, and only the remaining burners are allowed to burn.

When such partial load operation time becomes longer, the burner nozzle during the stop period is exposed to unburned oil and oil that adheres around the nozzle hole.
The light content of the fuel oil contained inside the tank evaporates,
It may become a highly viscous residue and cause clogging of the nozzle holes. If injection is performed again under the above conditions, good atomization will be hindered, or worse, the injection will not come out at all, or only the air conditioning damper that is linked to the injection valve will operate, resulting in an excessive amount of air. Incomplete: There were drawbacks such as the risk of roasting, causing the moxibustion to blow out, and causing an explosion within the furnace, which was dangerous.

The present invention is a method for preventing clogging of a plurality of burners, characterized by temporarily injecting fuel from the nozzle of the burner during the combustion operation of some of the burners during the period when the pond is stopped. This is a method to prevent clogging of burner nozzles.

At full load, both burners 1 and 2 are operated, but at partial load, for example, burner 2 is stopped and only burner 1 performs combustion. At this time, the nozzle 4 of the burner 2, which is in the stopped period, receives heat from the flame of the burner 1 and is exposed to a considerably high temperature. If such a state continues for a long time, the burner 2 temporarily injects fuel from the seven jets 4 at predetermined time intervals in response to another operation signal even though the burner 2 is in a stopped period. Since it takes a long time for the light components of the fuel attached to or remaining inside the nozzle 4 to be heated and evaporated, the above-mentioned predetermined time interval is selected to be shorter than the time required for this evaporation. If the fuel is injected from the nozzle 4-3 at the time intervals selected in this way, the light fuel that has adhered to the inside and outside of the nozzle 4 will be completely evaporated, and the high viscosity will be completely evaporated. Since the fuel is replaced with new fuel before the residue of the fuel sticks, there is no risk of clogging of the drain 4.

Although it is preferable to operate the air conditioning damper 9 during this temporary fuel injection, the air conditioning damper 9 does not need to be activated since the injection can be performed for an extremely short period of time.

In another method, if it is detected that burner 1 continues to operate for a long time and burner 2 has stopped for a predetermined period of time, fuel is injected from burner 2, and after ignition, the burner It is also possible to stop the operation of 1.
