動する掘取伝動機構９とを、車体上部に搭載するエンジ
ン６の横−側部にまとめて配設して、これらの伝動機構
を安全カバー１２で覆わせるとともに、該安全カバーに
は開閉自在の蓋体１４を具備した開口部１３を設け、こ
の開口部における安全カバーの囲繞内方部位に掘取作業
装置を昇降するための油圧機構の一部や工具収納部１５
