第１図は従来の偏平型密閉式電池の断面図、第２図はこ
の考案に係る偏平型密閉式電池の要部の断面図、第３図
はその負極端子板のみを示す要部の断面図である。第４
図は傾斜角と負極端子板の膨出変形量および漏液発生率
との関係を示すグラフである。 １１・・・正極缶、１２・・・発電要素、１３・・・封
口ガスケット、１４・・・負極端子板、１４Ｃ・・・フ
ランジ部、１４ｄ・・・折返し部。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）偏平な正極缶内に、正極活物質、セパレータ、負
    極活物質を積層した発電要素を収納し、かつ上記正極缶
    開口部に封口ガスケットを介して負極端子板を嵌合する
    とともに、正極缶開口端縁を内方へカール成形して電池
    内を密閉してなる偏平型密閉式電池において、上記封口
    ガスケットと接する上記負極端子板の周縁に、正極缶底
    面部と平行なフランジ部を形成するととも□に、このフ
    ランジ部の端縁に、垂直面に対し１０〜４５°の範囲で
    内方へ傾斜した折返し部を形成したことを特徴とする偏
    平型密閉式電池。
  2. （２）上記折返し部の高さが上記負極端子板の総高の３
    ０〜６０％の範囲にあることを特徴とする偏平型密閉式
    電池。
