【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は主として太刀魚釣り等に用いる新規の釣用電
動リールを提供するものであつて、制御電圧を変えた時
にトルクおよび回転数が相互に同調し同じ電圧の下て回
転数とトルクが自動変動する特性ならびに一定の出力で
トルクの大きさによつて回転数を0から無負荷回転数ま
で無段階に変化する特性を備えた無段変速誘導モーター
の回転軸に遊星減速装置、クラッチ装置およびブレーキ
装置を介して出力軸を連結し、この出力軸に巻取リール
を取付けたことを要旨とするものてある。

に第1太陽ギヤ36と噛合する第1遊星ギヤ9を、同じ
く第2スパイダー8に第2太陽ギヤ37と噛合する第2
遊星ギヤ10を、同じく第3スパイダー・ 5’に第3
太陽ギヤ38と噛合する第3遊星ギヤ11を夫々遊星軸
12、13、14を介して逆転自在に軸承すると共に第
1遊星ギヤ9と第2遊星ギヤ10とに渡り状態で噛合す
る第1内歯歯車15を配して当該第1内歯歯車15をギ
ヤボックス34に回転不能に固定し、また第3遊星ギヤ
11に噛合する第2内歯歯車16を配して当該第2内歯
歯車16を出力軸5に、同第2内歯歯車16に一体に設
けたドラム部1『およびベアリング17,17″を介し
て回転自在に支承したものである。

とトルクおよび回転速度との特性は第4図に示す如く制
御電圧を変えるトルクおよび回転数が相互に同調しつま
り同じ電圧の下で回転数とトルクが自動的に変動する特
性ならびに一定の出力でトルクの大きさによつて回転数
を0から無負荷回転数まで無段階に広範囲に変化する特
性があり、更に起動電流が小さく起動トルクが大である
ので起動の立上りが非常に速く制御系統の形成を簡単に
為し得るものである。

クラッチ装置18の離脱状一態によつて第3太陽ギヤ3
8の回転・非回転とは無関係に遊転自在の状態もしくは
ブレーキ装置24によつて停止された状態となるので上
記の第3太陽ギヤ38の回転力の伝達は中断され空転の
状態となる。次いで、この空転状態に於てブレーキ装置
24の解放および強弱調整操作をなし、斯くするとリー
ル25は釣糸(図示せず)の自重による繰出を開始する
。そして釣糸の繰出の長さが所定の長さに達した時にブ
レーキ装置24で繰出のスピードをダウンさせ乍ら鉄心
20を係合孔19嵌入させのつて第2内歯歯車16は回
転しない状態に固定され、第3太陽ギヤ38の回転は第
3遊星ギヤ11および第2内歯歯車16により第3回ノ
目の減速がさされて出力軸5に伝達されるようになる。
この鉄心20の嵌入すなわちクラッチ装置18の係合後
にブレーキ装置24を解放状態とする。このブレーキ装
置24の解放で釣糸の繰出が再関したり或は巻上が開始
されるようであればボーリユーム27を操作してCモー
ター1のトルクおよび回転数を調節して繰出・巻上のス
ピードを適度もしくはゼロとする。すなわちボリューム
27の調整操作とブレーキ装置24の操作を小まめに行
つて釣糸の僅かずつの巻上を断続的になして・釣糸につ
けた餌を所謂おどらせるようにする。そこで魚がかつた
時にはボリューム27を操作してVCモーター1のトル
クおよび回転数をデータに基いて対象魚の大きさにセッ
トする。斯くすると魚のVCモーター1とは所謂綱引を
行いつつ魚は釣上げられるのでる。尚、魚が大き過ぎた
していることがわかつた時にはボリューム27の再調整
操作を行つてVCモーター1の力を魚の力より僅かに大
きくすればよい。そして釣れた魚を釣糸から外す際には
クラッチ装置18を外しリール25を遊転自在の状態と
して行えばよいものである。本発明は制御電圧を変えた
時にトルクおよび回転数が相互に同調し同じ電圧の下で
回転数とトルクが自動変動する特性ならびに一定の出力
でトルクの大きさによつて回転数をOから無負荷回転数
まで無段階に変化する特性も備えた無段変速誘導モータ
ーの回転軸に遊星減速装置、クラッチ装置およびブレー
キ装置を介して出力軸を連結し、この出力軸に巻取リー
ルを取付けたことを特徴とするので、上記したような釣
法を可能とする著効があるは勿論であるが、特に本発明
に於て遊星減速装置、クラッチ装置およびブレーキ装置
は上記のモーターの電動リールへの使用を可能とする貢
献度が大であつて、減速比、増力比が大きくとれ全体の
小型化を有利にして好ましいのみならず、本発明電動リ
ールは上記の通りであるので微妙なリールの巻取力およ
び巻取速成の調整を即応性、スムーズ性および信頼性の
高い優れた状態で為すものであつて太刀魚等の大物釣に
好果がある。
