Claims (1)
ランジスタの入力側に接続された正電圧と、スイッチン
グトランジスタの出力側に接続されたインダクタおよび
ダイオードと、このダイオードに接続されたキャパシタ
とを含むスイッチング・レギュレータにおいて、上記ス
イッチングトランジスタの出力点に倍電圧整流回路が接
続され、上記正入力電圧が反転された負出力電圧が得ら
れるように構成したことを特徴とする負出力電源回路。 ２ 上記倍電圧整流回路が一対のキャパシタ、アースに
対し順方向に接続された第１ダイオードおよび第１ダイ
オードに直列に順方向に接続されかつ一対のキャパシタ
間に接続された第２ダイオードからなることを特徴復す
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の負出力電源回路
