  1. 断面が少なくとも一つのＵ字形状部を有する芯材の内面
    および外面に、夫々両面に電極を有する高分子圧電体フ
    ィルム素子が貼布され、該内面と外面の高分子圧電体フ
    ィルム素子は一方が伸長する時に他方は収縮する如く電
    気配線されていることを特徴とする自立性のあるマイク
    ロマニプレータ−用の微駆動子。
