This may result in an increase in concentration, which is unfavorable from a sanitary standpoint, and may even pose a threat to human life. Furthermore, kerosene stoves tend to generate odor and Co due to incomplete combustion, which poses a problem in terms of comfort. For this reason, we try to ventilate the room by driving the ventilation fan installed on the wall of the room or by periodically opening and closing windows and doors, but sometimes the ventilation is insufficient, and we have to operate the ventilation fan and combustor separately. There were problems with usage, such as the need for Furthermore, the ventilation fan is driven in conjunction with the operation of the combustor, but it is not controlled in accordance with the actual situation. The present invention aims to solve these problems, and one embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1st

Figure 2 shows the indoor 00% concentration of Co at the 4th outlet of the combustion tube when an open combustor is burned in a nearly sealed room.
This is an example showing changes in the amount of flame generated (PPM) and the flame resistance value (MΩ) as an output when a flame rod is used as the flame detector 8.

As the 00 concentration decreases, phenomena such as the flame rising above burner 3, the combustion reaction slowing down, and the flame lengthening occur, the electrical resistance of the flame increases, and at the same time, CO is also released from incomplete combustion. more likely to occur.

Therefore, in the present invention, as shown at point A in FIG. 2, the flame resistance value of the flame detector 8 is 10r! When the resistance reaches 4Ω, the controller 7 stops combustion in the burner 3 and starts driving the ventilation fan 17. Another method is to use the ventilation fan 17 when the flame resistance value is around Ω at point B.
The aim is to reduce indoor CO and increase 02 concentration through ventilation, thereby increasing flame resistance. When the value returns to around Ω, the ventilation fan 17 is stopped, and in the case of incomplete combustion where the flame resistance value continues to rise even with this operation, when the flame resistance value reaches, for example, 10 MΩ, the burner 3 control to stop. Also, from Figure 2, the flame resistance level at which burner 3 is stopped is set to normal (0220
It can be said that the amount of CO generated can be reduced by setting it to a value slightly higher than 21%), for example, 2 to Ω.

However, as shown in FIG. 3, the flame resistance does not drop to the stable level instantaneously after the burner 3 is ignited at 2, and it takes 1 to 2 minutes. This is due to the instability of the flame during ignition and the delay in temperature rise of the flame rod. In reality, flame detection control is performed approximately seconds after ignition, so in order to prevent malfunction, the level of flame resistance value at which burner 3 is stopped should be given a considerable margin compared to the normal level. There is a need. As described above, the present invention uses a flame detector using a flame rod or the like to detect the burner of the combustor and the ventilation fan 3. The following effects can be achieved by interlocking and controlling the following.

(1) The indoor open combustor and ventilation fan are linked, and these are stopped and driven by the combustor's flame detector, so incomplete combustion may occur when used in a closed room or due to burner trouble. Ventilation can sometimes be reliably performed, preventing accidents that could cause loss of life, and making operation easier.

(2) When there is an abnormality in the combustion flame, if a flame detector is used to stop combustion in the burner and at the same time drive a ventilation fan, harmful components such as CO in the room can be quickly exhausted and the 02 concentration can be increased. .

(3) By detecting changes in the flame resistance value etc. of the flame detector in two stages and driving the ventilation fan before the burner combustion stop control, ventilation can be performed before a state of extremely incomplete combustion occurs. This increases safety and at the same time allows stable combustion to continue.

Furthermore, by taking advantage of the fact that the flame resistance value decreases upon ignition and takes time to reach a steady level, the ventilation fan can be driven for approximately one minute after ignition. Therefore, the odor and CO generated at the time of ignition are discharged outside, thereby improving comfort.
