In addition, in order to increase the thread count, the distance between the knitting needles must be increased, so the knitting structure itself has to be loose. On the other hand, knitted fabrics used as underwear have the drawback of not being comfortable to the touch and having sufficient hygroscopicity. In addition, in order to increase the thread count, the distance between the knitting needles must be increased, so the knitting structure itself has to be loose. On the other hand, knitted fabrics for underwear are said to be better to use natural fibers such as cotton yarn because they feel good on the skin and have excellent moisture absorption and heat retention properties, but cotton yarn has the disadvantage of shrinking when washed, so it is difficult to wash. However, if a chemical fiber yarn such as ester, which exhibits almost no shrinkage, is used, it has the drawback of being uncomfortable to the touch, poor in moisture absorption and heat retention, and causing rough skin.

The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned drawback that it was not possible to obtain sufficient thickness and heat retention of the fabric unless the yarn count was increased.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses a ground knitting yarn 1 and a medium yarn, and arranges a front pile yarn 2 and a back pile yarn 3 on the front and back sides of the ground knitting yarn 1 and a medium yarn, and knits a tissue loop A with these three. It is characterized in that both the front pile loop and the back pile loop 5 formed by the front and back pile yarns 2 and 3 outside the A formation are formed on the back side of the knitted fabric. Therefore, although the present invention uses fine yarns and can knit a dense structure, since the ground knitting yarn is used as the medium yarn, the pile yarns on the front and back sides are arranged so as to sandwich the ground knitting yarn. There is little organizational disorder,
In addition, since the pile loops formed by the front and back pile yarns are located on the back side of the knitted fabric, the front side of the knitted fabric has the same front texture as the conventional stockinette fabric. Moreover, the pile loops formed on the back side are extremely densely planted, so the extremely flexible knitted fabric made of fine yarns has a dense knitting structure that prevents the pile loops from coming off and fraying. As a result, we were able to obtain a material that has a thick, flat texture, and has excellent moisture absorption and heat retention properties.

In addition, by using a chemical fiber yarn such as polyester or nylon for the ground knitting yarn as the medium yarn, which has less shrinkage due to water absorption and drying, and using a natural fiber such as cotton yarn for the front and back pile yarns, which has a good texture, it can be easily washed. It has also been possible to expect the remarkable effect of obtaining a knitted fabric with low shrinkage and no rough skin. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

Figure 1 shows the most basic knitting structure of the present invention.
Single-twist polyester yarn is used as ground knitting yarn 1. Now, using this ground knitting yarn 1 as a medium yarn, a front pile yarn 2 is created using a cotton single twist yarn on the front side (the front and back sides are based on the front and back sides of the knitting structure) and the back side.
and the back pile yarn 3 are arranged as the front yarn and the back yarn, and these three yarns are first converted into the back pile yarn by the first sinker plate 6 shown in FIG. 3 to the mustache needle 8, and then align the ground knitting yarn 1 and the front pile yarn 2 with the second sinker plate 7 shown in FIG. 3 and lock them to the mustache needle 8 at the same time. It is possible to lock three threads to the mustache needle 8 at once, but when using a sinker knitting machine, there is a restriction on the movement of the sinker plate relative to the mustache needle, so two sinker plates may be used. The tissue loop (needle loop) A is formed by the well-known sinker knitting method (as explained in the two-tiered stitch).

At this time, by configuring the locking position of the front and back pile loop yarn locking parts 9, 10 by the sinker plates 6, 7 to be lower than the locking position of the ground knitting yarn locking part 11, Pile loops 4 and 5 on the front and back sides are formed so as to be on the back side of the knitted structure. The reason why the pile loops 4 and 5 on the front and back sides are both cross-shaped loops in FIG. 1 is that when twisted yarn is used as the pile yarn, it exhibits a natural shape due to untwisting. The pile knitted fabric knitted in the above manner has stitches (flat stitches) that are the same as normal stockinette stitches on the front side of the knitted fabric, and two stitches for each stitch on the back side.
This results in a knitted fabric with book pile loops formed. The pile knitted fabric thus obtained is thick and has a good texture because two pile loops are formed in each stitch, and
Since it has cotton threads on both the front and back sides, it is less likely to cause skin irritation, and is most suitable as a material for infant underwear, which requires repeated washing.

The knitting structure may be modified by a well-known tank knitting means, or the pile loop may be knitted by skipping each stitch as appropriate. Also, it is not necessary to put out pile loops for each eye. By doing this, you can obtain a knitted fabric with a different taste. Either or both of the front pile yarn 2 and the back pile yarn 3 may be knitted with two or three yarns. In this way, a thick knitted fabric with a thick layer can be obtained. The length of the pile loop may be changed by changing the vertical position of the pile yarn locking recesses on the front and back sides of the sinker plate. Further, the pile loop may be partially or entirely cut or brushed. Furthermore, the three types of threads mentioned above may each have different colors. The pile knitted fabric of the present invention is not limited to being worn only under the skin, but can also be used as a knitted fabric for outer clothing.
