This wire clip can be manufactured by injection molding. In this case, when the interval 1 is equal, a series of wire clips can be easily molded by placing multiple molds at each interval and performing insert molding, but when the interval 1 is divided into sections such as l', it is possible to easily mold a series of wire clips. In each case, the spacing, ie the length of the wire 1 between each clip 2, must be partially adjusted by some means. This invention was conceived in view of the above, and its purpose is to reduce the length of the wire placed on the lower mold between a plurality of molds arranged in parallel at regular intervals. It is an object of the present invention to provide a new wire clip forming device that can arbitrarily adjust the clip spacing. A mold, a wire guide member protruding from the lower mold parting surface of the mold, and the length of the wire arranged over each lower mold, using the guide member,
It is characterized by comprising a wire pull-out member movably provided between the lower molds so as to be partially changeable. This invention will be explained in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in FIG. 2 and below. In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes a fixed mold plate on the machine stand, and on its upper surface, lower molds 12a of five clip molding molds 12 are arranged in parallel at equal intervals.

Reference numeral 16 denotes a wire feeding device for a machine side plate located on the side of the mold 12, and is equipped with a cutter 17 and a chuck device 19 that reciprocates on a rail 18. , the wire 1 can be pulled out and placed on each lower mold 12a.

Further, in the space 22 between the lower molds 12a, a pull-out member 24 for the wire 1, which is integral with the seat body 23 and has rollers similar to the guide member 21, is arranged movably in correspondence with the guide member 21. The wire 1 is disposed between the guide member 21 and the pull-out member 24, and is inserted into a part of the cavity when the mold is closed. Each of the above-mentioned drawer members 24 is connected to a piston rod 26 of an air or hydraulic cylinder 25 attached to the upper surface of the fixed mold plate 11.
When the wire 1 is moved in the cylinder direction through the space 22, the wire 1 is pulled out into the space 22 by about twice the amount of movement by the guide member 21.

This supply is performed by gripping and running the wire end by the chuck device 19, and the wire 1 is guided by both the kite member 21 and the pull-out member 24, and is always provided in a part of the cavity. Located within the groove.

Due to this movement, the wire 1a located between the lower molds is drawn out in the cylinder direction and becomes longer. In this case, if the intervals between the clips to be formed later are equal, all the cylinders 25 may be operated by the same amount according to their dimensions, but if the intervals are different as shown in FIG. The amount of operation of each cylinder 25 may be changed accordingly.

As a result of this drawing out, the newly pulled out wire 1 is positioned on top of each lower die 12a. and cutter 17
After cutting the wire 1 and removing the formed wire clip, the chuck device 19 is returned to its original position.
Grasp the end of the wire 1 again and prepare for the next step. As described above, this invention uses a guide member protruding from the lower mold parting surface of the mold and a pull-out member movably provided between the lower molds to adjust the length of the wire before forming the clip. ,
Since parts can be changed between molds, the spacing between each clip can be adjusted as desired. In addition, since dimensions can be changed only by moving the drawer member,
The molding operation is not particularly complicated, and the equipment is simple and does not require high costs since it is only necessary to arrange a pull-out member and its moving device between each lower mold. have
