Claims (1)
を備えた材料の予熱溶解室と、予熱溶解室の下部に連続
し溶解された金属溶湯を収容する保持室と、保持室内の
溶湯の温度を上昇させる昇温バーナとを備えた溶解装置
であって、保持室の昇温バーナの排ガス予熱溶解室を通
過しないように直接大気に放出させる開位置と排ガスが
予熱溶解室を通過するようにさせる閉位置とを有する保
持室上部の開閉弁と、保持室の溶湯のレベルを検出する
湯面検出器と、湯面検出器が保持室の満杯湯面を検出し
たとき上記開閉弁を開く制御回路とを設けたことを特徴
