本発明は回転電機例えは誘導電動機や直流電動機など

従来このようなコイル絶縁には、絶縁テープとして、
マイカ粒子を抄造してなる集成マイカシートに裏打材と
して芳香族ポリアミド紙、ポリイミドフィルムなどを、
シリコーンレジンやエポキシレジン、ポリブタジエンレ
ジンなどで助合せた複合テープを用い、含浸レジンとし
てはエポキシレジンやエポキシ・イソシアネートレジン
などの無溶剤熱硬化性レジンを用いている。処理方式と
しては、含浸レジンのくり返し使用できるように、含浸
レジンの硬化触媒てあるアミン類、4級アンモニウム塩
類、イミダゾール類は絶縁テープにあらかじめ付着させ
ている。これには絶縁テープを、これらの硬化触媒をと
かした有機溶剤液にひたして、引上けて乾燥する方法が
とられている。この場合に硬化触媒はバインダーレジン
て部分的に接着された多孔質の集成マイカ層内に保持さ
れる。 ところて最近になつて、バインダーレジンを使
用しない複合絶縁テープが開発された。Conventionally, insulating tape was used for this type of coil insulation.

As a treatment method, the curing catalysts for the impregnated resin, such as amines, quaternary ammonium salts, and imidazoles, are attached to an insulating tape in advance so that the impregnated resin can be used repeatedly. This method involves dipping the insulating tape in an organic solvent solution containing these curing catalysts, then pulling it up and drying it. In this case, the curing catalyst is retained within a porous assemblage of mica that is partially bonded with a binder resin. Recently, however, a composite insulating tape that does not use binder resin has been developed.

ミド繊維と同種の熱可塑性プラスチックである裏打材と
か融着して一体となる。集成マイカシートは、マイカ粒
子が芳香族ポリアミド繊維にからめられて、一体の多孔
質シートを形成し、マイカ粒子が脱落することはない。
今までのバイングーレジンで助合せた複合テープに比較
して、バインダーレジンと含浸レジンあるいは裏打材と
の相性のトラブルがなく、また価格的にも有利なため、
今後はこのパインダーレスの複合絶縁テープが使われる
動きになる。 このバインダーレスの複合絶縁テープに
含浸レジンの硬化触媒を付着させるのに、従来から行な
われているように硬化触媒を有機溶剤にとかして処理し
ようと試みたころ、溶剤の作用により芳香族ポリアミド
繊維がのび、集成マイカシートが膨潤し、マイカ粒子が
非常に脱落しやすくなり、屈曲やまさつにより局部的に
マイカ粒子の少ない欠陥部が生じることがわかつた。こ
のようになると、折角集成マイカと貼合せ、耐電圧性の
優れた複合テープにした意味がなくなる。本発明は上記

In the future, this binderless composite insulation tape will be used. In order to attach the curing catalyst of the impregnated resin to this binderless composite insulating tape, we tried dissolving the curing catalyst in an organic solvent as has been done in the past, but due to the action of the solvent, the aromatic polyamide fibers It was found that the mica sheet was stretched, the assembled mica sheet swelled, the mica particles fell off very easily, and bending and straightening caused local defective areas with few mica particles. If this happens, there is no point in laminating it with laminated mica to create a composite tape with excellent voltage resistance. The present invention aims to eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art described above.
