国際調査報告[Detailed description of the invention]
composite leaf springs
This invention also relates to leaf springs made from composite, fiber-reinforced resin materials.
It is. More specifically, the present invention applies to automobiles or automobiles in which the spring is used.
or a means for fixing the spring to other devices or instruments.
In European patent application No. 0070122, parts such as mounting bolts are
The bushing is positioned within the transverse recess in the end of the spring, and the steel
It can be clamped by a clamp member and fixed to the composite leaf spring.
It has been proposed that In this case, the bushing is attached to the spring when in use.
It is important that there is no relative movement between the clamping member and the clamping member.
This invention aims to satisfy this point. Europe
In Patent Application No. 0070122, the bushing is attached to the clamping member.
It can be mechanically mated or adhesively fixed, whereby said bushings
It has been proposed that the cables restrict vertical movement;
The stages are unreliable and require additional manufacturing effort.
According to this invention, at least one end of the mounting portion is made of a bush, and the bush is made of a bush.
, is suitable for receiving mounting bolts, etc., and extends along the periphery of the bushing.
A clamp member surrounding a part of the spring and fixed to the spring
The clamp member and the bushing are fixed to the ring, and the clamp member and the bushing project each other.
The present invention provides a composite spring that is held in place by welding.
The bushings are made of metal, such as those commonly used for mounting springs on automobiles.
・Rubber/metal bushings are preferred. Fix the bushing to the clamping member.
By using projection welding technology to attach, the heat of the welding process is reduced.
It was found that damage to the rubber part of the bushing did not occur or could be ignored.
are doing. This is because the time during which welding current flows during welding work is extremely short, and the
This is due to the heat sink effect of the metal part of the bushing. The said bush
Even if some quality deterioration occurs in some parts of the mule, it is only a very partial loss.
It is something that does not affect the performance of Bushu as a whole.
In the case of heavy-duty specifications such as those where the spring is used in large commercial vehicles
, the resistance force is strong, and a large clamp member is required, and the clamp member is
Even if projection welding is performed on the bushing, the bushing may be overheated and damaged.
It ends up.
In this case, according to the invention, a plurality of individual clamping members are used and these are mutually connected.
Each is held adjacent to the bushing by projection welding, and each
The welding of the clamp member to the bushing may become hot enough to cause damage to the bushing.
The purpose of this service is to ensure that there are no In the actual stage, one click
Projection weld the lamp member to the bushing, then attach the next clamp member.
A cooling period is allowed before welding. This allows you to avoid encounters during use.
It is possible to manufacture assemblies that can sufficiently withstand the loads encountered without damaging the bushings.
Wear. Additionally, in order to weld each individual clamp member to the bushing, it is necessary to
The advantage of not requiring the powerful welding equipment required when using large clamp parts
There is.
Each clamp member may be spot welded to other members at a distance from the bushing.
= is connected by projection welding. Is the position of other parts similar to that?
The bushings are sufficiently far away from each other so that the heat generated during welding of the parts will not affect the bushings.
There is no such thing.
The invention will be explained by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side view of a spring end according to the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line 2-2 in FIG. 1.
FIG. 3 is a plan view of a modified embodiment of the invention.
FIG. 4 is a side view of the spring.
First, referring to Figure 1 of the drawing, this is a composite, fiber-reinforced resin material made of leaf fibers.
The end of the spring 10 is not shown.
Adjacent to the end, the spring is formed with a lateral recess for receiving a mounting port.
A bushing 14, which receives the handle 1, etc., is located in the recess. The said spring is
, extending along the circumference of the bush to point 13, and
The bushing is secured to the longitudinal end of the spring.
A sheet metal clamping member 11 is attached between the end of the spring and the bushing 14.
Instead, it extends along the spring and holds the bushing against the spring. The above-mentioned button
The clamp member 14 is welded to the clamp member at a position 15 by projection welding.
This is a normal metal/rubber/metal bush.

Referring to the cross section shown in FIG. 2, this includes an inner tubular metal member 16, an outer tubular metal member 16,
The structure of the bushing 14, which includes a shaped metal member 17 and an intermediate rubber member 18, is clearly shown.
are doing. To weld by a technique known as projection welding
, the clamp member 11 is provided with recesses 19 on its outer surface, and these recesses are

This is the only contact point for welding between the bushing and the outer metal member 17 of the bushing.
The electrode is brought into contact with each member in such a relative positional relationship, and the welding current is applied to it.

Referring to FIG. 3 of the drawings, this is a plan view of the end portion of leaf spring 20.
and the springs are adjacent to each other and in a similar manner to the embodiments of FIGS. 1 and 2.
Two clamping members 21 are provided which surround the bushing and the spring end.
The clamp member 21 is made of metal, rubber, and metal by projection welding 29.
It is fixed to the outer cylindrical metal member of the tarbutush.
The clamp member 21 is integrated with a member 22, which is connected to the bushing.
Spot weld or project the clamp member at a location away from the
section welded.
As mentioned above, the embodiment shown in FIG.
Welded to the bush by projection welding using a single clamp member.
This is effective in cases where the bushings are damaged due to heat. Clamp part
Each material 21 is projected onto a bush with appropriate cooling time between welding operations.
The above-mentioned drawbacks can be eliminated by welding.
Referring to Figure 4 of the drawing, this has two attachment parts for each of the structures described above.
A composite leaf spring suitable for automatic mold mounting is shown.
