ク図、第６図は第３図のものによる検出特性を示す図で
ある。 １：鋼管、６，７：検出器、８：減算回路、９：比較器
。なお各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示すもの
とする。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 検出対象となる鋼管の軸を中心に１８０°の角度をなす
    位置に対向してそれぞれ配設された２個の非接触式の渦
    流式距離検出器と、これらの検出器の出力電圧が入力さ
    れ、この入力された電圧の差を算出する減算回路と、こ
    の減算回路の出力を所定のスレッショルドレベルと比較
    する比較器とを備え、上記減算回路の出力が上記スレッ
    ショルドレベルを越えたことにより、鋼管の偏心を検出
    するようにしたことを特徴とする鋼管偏心検出器。
