３図は同上リミットスイッチ作動部の正面図である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 機筺に支持してタイルのラックに噛合スるピニオンを設
    けた作動軸には、ウオームホイルを固着し、外周上にリ
    ミットスイッチ作動用のドッグを装設した戻り用、早送
    り用、ピッチ送り用の目盛環を各別適宜に回動してその
    位置に固定し得るように嵌着すると共に、それらのドッ
    グに各別に対向して戻り限、中間、送り限のリミットス
    イッチを配設し、上記機筺には上下方向の中間軸および
    送り軸を並架し、該中間軸と上記タイル内のスピンドル
    を嵌挿した主軸とを歯車伝動機構により連結してその主
    軸に主段プーリー、中間軸にピッチ送り用役プーリーを
    それぞれ固着し、送り軸にはピッチ送り用役プーリーお
    よび早送り用プーリーを各回転自在に嵌着すると共に、
    それらの間にピッチ送り用電磁クラッチおよび早送り用
    電磁クラッチをそれぞれ設け、中間軸と送り軸の両ピッ
    チ送り用役プーリーにベルトを掛けわたし、機筺に横架
    した前後方向の伝動軸の前端のウオームを上記ウオーム
    ホイルに噛合してその伝動軸の後端と送り軸の下端を傘
    歯車機構により連結し、機体に取付けた正逆回転モータ
    ーの原動軸に段プーリーおよびプーリーを固着してその
    段プーリーと上記主段プーリー、プーリーと上記早送り
    用プーリーにベルトをそれぞれ掛けわたし、上記のリミ
    ットスイッチとモーターの正逆回転切替スイッチの間に
    は、戻り用目盛環のドッグが戻り限りリミットスイッチ
    に当ると切替スイッチが正回転に切替わると共に早送り
    用電磁クラッチへの通電が止まり、起動スイッチにより
    早送り用電磁クラッチに通電し、往路に早送り用目盛環
    のドッグが中間リミットスイッチに当ると早送り用電磁
    クラッチへの通電が止まると共にピッチ送り用電磁クラ
    ッチに通電し、ピッチ送り用目盛環のドッグが送り限り
    リミットスイッチに当ると切替スイッチが逆回転に切替
    わり、復路に早送り用目盛環のドッグが中間リミットス
    イッチに当るとピッチ送り用電磁クラッチへの通電が止
    まると共に早送り用電磁クラッチに通電する電気回路を
    形成してなる自動ねじ立て盤。
