第１図は従来の帯鋸目立機における鋸送り装置を示す正
面図。第２図は同上における砥石車の摩耗状態を示す一
部分の拡大図。第３図は同上の摩耗した砥石車で研磨す
るため歯底の研削量が減少して、歯膜とに寸差を生じた
説明図。第４図は本考案に関する帯鋸目立機の鋸送り装
置の実施の一例を示す正面図。第５図は第４図のＡ−Ａ
線における断面図。第６図は第４図のＢ−Ｂ線の断面図
。第７図は同上装置による送鋸状態の説明図である。 図中５は送り金、６は帯鋸、９は送りピン、１０は案内
部材、１３は斜めのガイド、１４は研磨ヘッド、１６は
砥石車、１８はガイド、２１は下圧部材である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 帯鋸をその歯ピッチずつ送り出させる送り金と、斜めの
    ガイドに沿って昇降する研磨ヘッドと、この研磨ヘッド
    に支持させた砥石車とを備えさせた帯鋸目立機において
    、前記送り金にガイドを摺動して送りピンを前記帯鋸の
    歯膜に当接させる案内部材を設け、鋸押えに帯鋸の側面
    へ送材方向と斜交する様に押し付けられ、帯鋸にその背
    縁−ガイドに係合する力を加える下圧部材を取付けたこ
    とを特徴とする帯鋸目立機用の鋸送り装置。
