挾んで互いに圧着させる圧着装置を有し、前記径間可変
装置は、固定案内枠31に心線案内枠32が滑動可能に
支持され、この心線案内枠には多数のガイド線34,3

ガイド線間の間隔が順次変化するように傾斜して張られ
ていると共にこの心線案内枠が一定の周期で心線の走行
方向に直交する面上を上下に往復駆動するように構成さ
