を出力する第２の比較回路と、前記第１の比較回路の出
力により前記制御回路からの前記第２のスイッチへの制
御信号を阻止する第１のゲート回路と、前記第２の比較
回路の出力により前記制御回路からの前記第４のスイッ
チへの制御信号を阻止する第２のゲート回路とから構成
