、Ｄ２は夕゛イオード、Ｄ３．Ｄ４は高速ダイオードで
ある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ２つのＭＯＳトランジスタをトランスの一次巻線に直列
    に接続し、交互にオンオフさせることにより該トランス
    の二次巻線から変換出力を得る様にした直列共振形電力
    変換回路において、該ＭＯＳトランジスタのドレイン−
    ソース間に寄生スる寄生ダイオードと逆極性となる様に
    該ＭＯＳトランジスタのドレインにダイオードを接続し
    たことを特徴とする直列共修形電力変換回路。
