ス、該カレントトランスの二次側出力電圧を整流する補
助整流回路、該補助整流回路の出力電圧を平滑化するコ
ンデンサ、該コンデンサにより平滑化された整流出力電
圧を前記制御回路に供給すると共に、該整流出力電圧よ
り前記直流出力電圧が高くなった時に該直流出力電圧を
前記制御回路に供給するダイオードとを設けたことを特
