脱気タンクｑとを接続する大径の導管３に開閉弁４が配
設され、前記脱気タンク６に大気への逃し弁機能１２．
１３を備えた制御弁１１を介して圧空気供給管１０が接
続され、前記開閉弁４を開くと共に、前記制御弁１１を
大気に連通させることにより、前記流体本管１を流れる
懸濁液の流体圧を利用してサンプリング液を前記脱気タ
ンク６に導入すること、次に前記開閉弁４を閉じ、前記
制御弁１１を介し前記圧空気供給管１０を通じて供給さ
れる圧空気により前記脱気タンク６内のサンプリング液
を加圧した状態で前記超音波式濃度検出器１５．１５に
より浮遊物濃度を測定すること、しかる後前記開閉弁４
゛を開いて前記脱気タンク６内のサンプリング液を圧空
気により前記流体本管１へ押し戻して排出することを特
