脱気タンクqとを接続する大径の導管3に開閉弁4が配
設され、前記脱気タンク6に大気への逃し弁機能12.
13を備えた制御弁11を介して圧空気供給管10が接
続され、前記開閉弁4を開くと共に、前記制御弁11を
大気に連通させることにより、前記流体本管1を流れる
懸濁液の流体圧を利用してサンプリング液を前記脱気タ
ンク6に導入すること、次に前記開閉弁4を閉じ、前記
制御弁11を介し前記圧空気供給管10を通じて供給さ
れる圧空気により前記脱気タンク6内のサンプリング液
を加圧した状態で前記超音波式濃度検出器15.15に
より浮遊物濃度を測定すること、しかる後前記開閉弁4
゛を開いて前記脱気タンク6内のサンプリング液を圧空
気により前記流体本管1へ押し戻して排出することを特
