In particular, digital electronic watches that use one liquid crystal display cell as a one-time display are constructed with a small number of parts, such as a crystal oscillator, a circuit block display cell, a circuit block display cell, and a circuit block display correction block. Since there is no fixed moving part and only the spiritual connection between the parts is required, the use of the molding technology simplifies the structure - diversifies the design - and streamlines assembly. becomes possible.

As described above, according to the present invention, each component of an electronic timepiece is arranged on eleven film substrates, and then a timepiece exterior including a case part with an upper opening window and a band part is formed by integrally molding one organic material. In addition, a flexible resin substrate type display cell is used as the electro-optical display cell, and an upper substrate constituting the display cell is adhered and sealed around the soil opening formed in the special training exterior. The entire time-opening exterior has an extremely flexible structure, making it possible to create an electronic wristwatch with a significantly better design and ease of wearing on the wrist than in the past. Since there is no need to consider the assemblability of the watch exterior and the movement, it is possible to specify the shape of the case part and the band part at the time of molding the so-called exterior, and also to reduce the coloring and O during the molding process.・The metal plating on the surface allows for diversification of designs.
