ッパーで満ボビンの処理と空ボビンの挿入を平行して行
うもの、一組のグリツパーで満ボビンの処理と空ボビン
の挿入を交互に行うもの等各種のものが提案され実用に
供されている。これ等いずれの方式の自動玉揚を行うに
しても、スピンドル上の満ボビンを確実に抜き取る事が
肝要であるが、スピンドルに挿し込まれる空ボビンは紡
出中にスピンドルから抜け出したりする事故を防ぐ為に
ある程度の押し込みが行なわれることと、捲き取られた
糸の張力による締め付けと温度差による喰込み現象の両
者によつてスピンドルに緊嵌合しており、手で引き上げ
た程度ては簡単に抜き取れないのが実状で、自動機を適
用した場合にスピンドルよりの抜き取りミスが発生して
いた。本願はこれ等の抜き取りミスを防止せんとするも
ので、抜き取りに先立つて満ボビンとスピンドルとの嵌
合を弛緩させ、グリツパーで把持された満ボビン・が確
実に抜き取られるようにしたものである。本願は本出願
人が先に出願した特公昭56−8136号のグループ揚
力式に適用せんとするものであるが、本願の適用はこれ
に止まるものてはなく他の式の自動玉揚にも適用可能て
あることは云う迄もな一い。 1は玉揚機本体て紡機2
の前面に沿つて走行し、満空管の交換を行つて玉揚を行
うのは特公昭56−8136号において詳述した通りで
あるが、玉揚を行う機構動作等は本願に直接関係ないの
でその全てを省略する。

イングレバー18上端に設けられスライドメタル4の長
溝8に嵌合しているローラ20は、長溝8内を摺動しな
が)らメーンロツド3を第2図において右側へ紡機2に
向つて揺動させ、第3図に示す位置迄メーンロツド3が
揺動するとフォーク10は対応する満ボビン22の下端
面とスピンドル21のワープ23間に入り込み、長溝8
の上面に接していたローラ20は最下部迄摺動して下面
に接する。而してフォーク10は前記したように取付溝
11の底面11aに接して下側への回動を制されて略水
平状を維持し、上記メーンロツド3の揺動により円弧状
に移動して所謂1しやくり上げョるような形でス”ピン
ドル21に入り込むので、第4図に拡大して示すように
満ボビン22の下端とスピンドル21のワープ23間に
斜めに楔状に入り込み、A点及びB点において満ボビン
22とワープ23とに点接触の状態となつている。上記
のようにフォーク10がスピンドル21に入り込み、楔
効果によりフォーク10の前進を制しているにもかかわ
らず尚もシリンダー13は作動を続けるが、フォーク1
0によつてメーンロツドも又以後の揺動を制されるので
、スイングレバー18のローラ20はスライドメタル4
の長溝8下面を押してバネ7に抗してスライドメタル4
を押し下げ、したがつてフォーク10はワープ23との
接点Bを支点として上側に反転し、挺子の原理によつて
満ボビン22を強力に押し上げて第5図に示すようにス
ピンドル21との緊嵌合を弛緩させ、以後適宜の把持具

機の間を走行して作業を行うものであるから、長手方向
は格別として機台巾は極端に制限されるが、本実施装置
は前記した様にシリンダー13とメーンロツド3の主要
部は略直立状に玉揚機1内に収納され、作動範囲もメー
ンロツド3のわずかな揺動のみであるから、制限された
機台巾内に容易に取付けが可能で、又リンク機構を利用
したことにより、これを適宜に設定して他機構へ干渉す
る事なく作動伝導が行なわれる。

。また、上記弛緩作業を終えた後はフォーク後端部の押
下げを解除すると共にメーンロツドを後へ揺動させてフ
ォークをスピンドルから遠ざけるようにしたので、スピ
ンドルの安定した回転を保障し得ると共に、走行式玉揚
機にも支障なく実施することができる。また上記フォー
クの前後移動とフォーク後端部の下降とをスイングレバ
ーの前後揺動によつて行うようにしたので、フォークの
動きを円滑にかつ安定させることができ、しかも駆動機
構の構成を簡易化し得る利点がある。
