A cushion layer 2 is formed by foaming and curing, and a pattern paper 4 such as titanium paper or tissue paper is laminated on the cushion layer 2 via a thin adhesive layer 3. The unevenness obtained by simultaneously applying embossing to layer 2 and then applying a paint such as urethane, amino alkyd, acrylic, polyester resin, etc. to the surface of patterned paper 4 to which embossing has been applied to form a surface coating layer 6. It is a decorative board.
Note that 5 in the figure is printing ink that gives patterns to the patterned paper 4. In addition, in the present invention, the effect of the cushion layer 2 depends on the wall thickness and foaming ratio, and the amount of filler is 60%.
% or less, the effect can be obtained even if it is not applied even if it is 3,270 to 5,450 yen/mm, the emboss is likely to return due to heat or pressure.

The filler content must be between 60% and 80%.Furthermore, if the foaming ratio exceeds 1 ping, the embossing may return after embossing.
The emboss may collapse during roll pressing.

In addition, in the present invention, the cushion layer 2 acts as a filler or a plywood surface hiding film, and the cushion layer 2 itself is also embossed, so the adhesive layer to be interposed when pasting the pattern paper 4 is 3 may be a very small amount of thin material, and as a result, the seepage of the adhesive onto the surface of the patterned paper 4 is almost prevented, and the appearance of the adhesive can be maintained.

Hereinafter, the effects of the present invention will be made clearer based on specific examples.

A vinyl acetate adhesive was applied for 55 minutes per coat, and after semi-drying, a patterned paper with a striped pattern printed on 32-th grade titanium paper was pasted onto the film.

This decorative plywood completely hides the defects of the plywood and can be expressed extremely sharply even with the grain embossing that runs directly to the grain of the plywood.
It was an IQ salmon board with a rich three-dimensional feel. The present invention is constructed as described above, and according to the present invention, sharp embossing can be provided, the adhesive does not seep onto the surface of the patterned paper, and the plywood surface is completely hidden, resulting in a beautiful appearance. It is possible to obtain a decorative board with an uneven appearance.
