異常高電圧から保護するためのアブソーバ回路とを備え
た３相ソリツドステ゛ −トリレーであって、上記アブ
ソーバ回路を収容するケースには上記制御回路の出力端
子リードと上記主素子回路の制御端子リードとの接続部
を覆うスカート部と、該ケースの位置決めのためのスカ
ート部とが形成されていることを特徴とする３相ソリツ
