Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力に与えられる制御偏差に応答し、電動弁を該偏差が
    減少する方向に断続的に駆動するパルス幅出力信号を発
    生するものであって、前記電動弁からの弁開度信号を監
    視し弁開度が許容値を越えたとき前記パルス幅出力信号
    の発生を中止する弁開度リミッタおよび前記弁開度信号
    を監視し弁開度信号が異常になったとき警報信号を発生
    する警報回路を備えたパルス幅出力調節計において、前
    記警報回路が警報信号を発生したとき自動または手動で
    前記弁開度リミッタの動作を実質的に禁止する手段を設
    けたことを特徴とするパルス幅出力調節計。
