を垂設し、更に該回転軸の上端に、底面上に複数条の滞
留溝を刻設すると共にその内周側ｍｌを階段状としたス
テップを削成して形成した回転ディスクを軸着し、次い
で回転ディスクの外周上端より一定の間隙を設けてオリ
フィスを配設し、更にこの上面に前記回転ディスクを囲
繞し且つ回転ディスクの上面に向は下方を開口した傾斜
せる環状のウェアリングを配設すると共に、該ウェアリ
ング内に適当の間隔を置き回転ディスクの回転方向に向
は傾斜した複数枚の寄せ板を散設してなることを特徴と
