PURPOSE:To attain switching of a communication line in spite of the absence of a terminating subscriber by executing switching from a private line to a public line and its reverse switching automatically when any one of the private and public communication lines is used for the mutual communication between two communication devices. CONSTITUTION:Modulation/demodulation devices 1, 2 connected to communication devices respectively are connected to line control devices 3, 4 respectively and both devices 3, 4 are coupled with each other by private lines 5, 6 and public lines 8-11 through an exchange 7. 手段と、第1の通信装置を専用及び公衆の両通信回線の
いずれか1方に接続する手段とを備え、 第2の回線制御装置は、当該ダイヤル信号に応答した公
衆回線網からの呼出信号を検出する手段と、当該指示信
号を受信してこれに対する応答信号を送出する手段と、
第2の通信装置を専用及び公衆の両回線のいずれか1万
に接続する手段とを備え、これら第1及び第2の通信装
置相互間の通信回線の切替えを自動的に行うようにした
