The line switchgear connected to the gas-insulated busbar is manufactured using dust-proof and dust-proof controls to ensure that the insulation performance of each part is not impaired.
It is assembled in a moisture-proof work room, and once completed, the switchgear for one or two circuits is transported to the site in a fully assembled state. At this time, the busbar to which the switchgear of each line is connected is also separated into the above transportation units, and the separated parts are reassembled on site. However, busbar reassembly is generally carried out outdoors or other places with poor environmental conditions. For this reason, conventionally, reassembly has been carried out in a simple dust-proof room such as a plastic greenhouse, but it is subject to the influence of weather and surroundings. Work is interrupted and cannot run smoothly.

In addition, it is not possible to completely prevent the intrusion of dust and moisture, so cleaning and dehumidification are performed by blowing in dry air after assembly, but it is difficult to completely clean and the work is time-consuming. There was a problem. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and provides a method for cleaning gas-insulated electrical appliances that completely and easily removes dust, moisture, etc. that have entered during assembly.

The feature of the present invention is that the envelope of the assembled gas-insulated electrical appliance is filled with an evaporative cleaning liquid such as liquefied gas, and the interior of the appliance is cleaned by circulating the cleaning liquid inside the envelope through a filter using a pump. The purpose is to send it in and vaporize it.

以下本発明を図面に示す実施例により説明する。The present invention will be explained below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.

- The sealed busbars 11A and IIB are each transported in a fully assembled state, and are connected to each other by the connection busbar 12 during installation. The connecting bus 12 has an outer sheath 17 and a current conductor 1 provided within the outer sheath.
It has 8. Current conductor 18 is connected between connectors 16A and 16B of busbars 11A and 11B, and jacket 17 is connected between ends of insulating spacers 15A and 15B provided on the busbar jacket. Connection ports 19, 20, and 21 each having a valve are provided in the connecting busbar sheath 17, and a cleaning device described below is connected to these ports. As shown in the figure, the cleaning device 31 has a pump 33 and a filter 34 connected in the middle of a pipe line 32 connecting between the connection ports 19 and 20.
A dry air cylinder 37 is provided with branch pipes 35 and 36 in the pipe section between the pump 33 and the dry air cylinder 37, and one of the branch pipes 35 has a valve 37a.
and a cleaning liquid tank 38 having a valve 38a is connected to the other branch pipe 36.

By filling the cleaning liquid inside the jacket in this manner, dust adhering to the insulating spacers 15A, 15B1 and the current conductor 18 in the jacket and the inner surface of the jacket floats in the liquid. Note that the connection port 21 must be left open as a fairly intense vaporization occurs at the beginning of filling the cleaning liquid! There is a point. Next, after filling the cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid tank valve 38a1 bypass valve 39
A is closed, the connection port 19 is opened, and the cleaning liquid inside the jacket is continuously circulated from the connection port 19 through the filter 34 to the other connection port 20 by the pump 33 for an appropriate period of time. As a result of this drying process, the cleaning liquid inside the jacket flows and passes through the filter 34 one after another, and the dust in the liquid is captured by the filter and cleaned. After completing internal cleaning, close the pump valve 33a and close the dry air cylinder valve 37.
a and blows dry air into the outer cover 17 to vaporize the cleaning liquid and discharge it from the connection port 21. After the cleaning liquid has been discharged, the outer cover 17 is vacuum degassed and filled with insulating gas through the same assembly process as in the prior art.

According to this cleaning method, even if dust adheres to various parts inside the outer cover during assembly, it will float in the cleaning liquid that is filled, and the dust will be captured by the filter as the cleaning liquid is circulated by the pump. completely cleaned. Further, since the cleaning liquid is vaporized and discharged by dry air fed into the jacket and dehumidified at the same time, cleaning and dehumidification can be easily and completely carried out without the need for special equipment.
