1対の軸承体を立設し錨り保持筒の腕体を揺動自在に軸
支させると共に、その支軸外周面の一部には切欠部を形
成し且つ該支軸を取巻く腕体の上方部には透孔を穿設し
錨り保持、筒内に向ってスプリングにより弾撥された押
圧ピンを嵌入させ、該押圧1°ンの頭部外端には爪鍵を
設け、錨り保持筒が垂直となる場合は爪鍵が前記切欠部
と係合してその垂直状態が保持されると共にクランクピ
ン先端部が錨り保持筒内に突出するようになっており、
他方軸承体に保持された腕体外部にはロンドの一端を回
動自在に自由止着し、他端は摺動杆上部の長さ方向に設
けしめた一定長の作動杆と自由止着させJ前記錨り保持
筒の傾動作用で作動杆が摺動杆上を一定距離摺動するよ
うになされてあり、また前記クランプピンの頭部には摺
動杆の長さ方向と直角をなす方向に回動自在なローラを
