Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の属する技術分野〕 この発明は回転軸にねじ加工することなく環状部材を嵌
込み固定することができるようにした回転部材固定装置
に関する。
〔従来技術とその問題点〕
回転軸に嵌込んだ環状部材を径方向の押しねじで固定で
きない場合には第１図に示すように回り止めキー１を設
けた回転軸２の端面にねじ穴２ａを加工し、このねじ穴
２ａに押え板８を介してねじ込んだねじ４で環状部材６
を回転軸２の段付部２ｂに押しつけて固定していたが、
どのような構造ではねじ穴２ａの加工に多くの手数を要
するという欠点があった。′ 〔発明の目的〕 この発明は前記の欠点を除去するために、回転軸にねじ
加工することな（環状部材を嵌込み固定することができ
るようにした回転部材固定装置を提供することを目的と
する。
〔発明の要点〕
この発明は前記の目的を達成するために、回転軸に嵌込
んｔど環状部材の端面に内径が軸径よりわずかに太きい
さらばねを押え板で押しっけて内径の縮小しださらばね
で回転軸に前記部材を固定するようにしたものである。
〔発明の実施例〕
第２図はこの発明の実施例を示すもので、第１図と同一
符号で示すものは同一部品である。この図において、キ
ー１を設けた回転軸２２に環状部材２５が段付部２２ｂ
に当接するまで押し込んで嵌込まれ、この部材２５の中
心部の端部に環状の空所２５Ｂが設けられている。この
空所２５１ｋには第８図に示すように内径が軸径よりゎ
ずかに大きいさらばね２６が挿入され、このさらばね２
６を押え板２８で部材２５に押しつけるようになってい
る。前記さらばね２６は押え板２８をゆるみ止めばね座
金２７を介してねじ４で部材２５の端面に当接するまで
締めつけると内径が縮小して回転軸２２１こ部材２５を
軸方向に固定できるよう醗こなっている。前記空所２５
Ｂは押え板２８の部材２５側に設けることもできる。
前記実施例によれば回転軸２２の端面を使用する必要が
ないので部材２５を回転軸２２上のいずれの軸方向位置
でも容易に嵌込み固定することができる。
〔発明の効果〕
この発明によれば回転軸に嵌込んだ環状部材の端面にさ
らばねを押しつけて内径の縮小しださらばねで回転軸に
部材を固定するようにしたので、回転軸にねじ加工する
ことなく、かつ回転軸上のいずれの軸方向位置でも部材
を容易に嵌込み固定することができるという効果が得ら
れる。

この発明の実施例の縦断面図、第３図は第２図の組立説

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １）回転軸に嵌込んだ環状部材の端面に内径が軸径より
    わずかに太きいさらばねを押え板で押しつけて内径の縮
    小したさらばねで回転軸に前記部材を固定したことを特
    徴とする回転部材固定装置。
