    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 射出成形機のバレル先端に装着され溶融樹脂の流路を形
    成するバルブハウジングと、バルブハウジングに取り付
    けられるノズルと、バルブハウジングに軸方向に移動可
    能に支持されノズル内径部のバルブ座に先端部を密着可
    能なニードルと、バルブハウジングの外周に配置される
    ばね受はリングと、ばね受はリングに押付力を作用する
    ばねと、ばね受はリングに作用するばねの押付力をニー
    ドルに伝達するばね受はロンドと、から成る射出成形機
    のニードルバルブ装置において、ばね受はリングは、互
    いにねじによって結合された外側リング部材及び内側リ
    ング部材から構成されており、外側リング部材及び内側
    リン々゛部材の一方はばねと接触し、他方はばね受はロ
    ンドと接触することを特徴とする射出成形機のニードル
    バルブ装置。
