(Prior art) One measure to improve the processing capacity of a rotary biofilter that treats wastewater and sewage using aerobic microorganisms is to increase the size of the disk that makes up the revolving door body of the rotary biofilter. However, when using a disk made of expanded polystyrene, if the diameter is 2TrL, the thickness will be 15
Because it gets bigger like TTgIL. As a result, the number of disks that can be accommodated in a given space decreases, and as a result, the surface area per unit volume cannot be increased very much.
The drawbacks were that the entire device was bulky and the processing capacity was small. In order to improve this drawback and dramatically increase the contact surface area, polypropylene, polyethylene,
Door floor materials have come to be used, which are made by forming thin plates such as vinyl chloride into uneven shapes and stacking them into blocks to form water-permeable gaps. However, the above-mentioned plate-like or block-like door/floor materials with water passage gaps cannot be increased in size due to restrictions such as manufacturing equipment, transportation, and cost.
On the other hand, there is a demand for larger rotating door floor bodies and lower costs. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) An object of the present invention is to provide a method for removing material for a rotating offshore deck body that can satisfy the above-mentioned needs.

That is, the method for removing material for a rotary hearth body of the present invention includes the first
As a step, a plate-shaped or block-shaped offshore floor material with a water flow gap is cut into a rectangular isosceles Ξ-gon to form an element, and as a second step, the element is used alone or a plurality of the elements are used. or by combining an appropriate number of both the above-mentioned elements and square elements having twice the size of the above-mentioned elements to form a right-angled isosceles triangular base, and as a third step, the right angle of the base member is Cut the base member along a line perpendicular to each side sandwiching the right angle through a point on each side sandwiching the right angle and at a distance equal to the length of the median line passing through the right angle apex from the right angle apex. It is characterized by being used as a floor assembly member. (Function) In the first step, a right-angled isosceles triangular element is obtained,
In the second step, a right-angled isosceles triangular base member is obtained, and in the third step, a pentagonal bar assembly member is obtained.

Since the cut pieces produced in the third step are in the shape of right-angled isosceles triangles, they can be used as elements for base members and floor assembly members. (Example) Hereinafter, the material collecting method of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings.

(First step) An element 1 as shown in FIG. 2 is formed by cutting a plate-like material having an appropriate planar shape or a block edge material having a water passage gap into a right isosceles triangle shape.

FIG. 1 shows a square element 2 having twice the size of the element 1 described above. The cross section of the block floor material with water passage gaps is usually 1m x 1m. Since a square shaped product is commercially available as a module, by using this commercially available product, the above-described right isosceles triangular element 1 or square element 2 can be obtained without causing loss.

(Second step) In order to make a right-angled isosceles triangular base member 3 of various sizes using the element 1 or 2, if element 1 is used alone, the shape shown in Fig. 2 will be obtained, and two elements will be used. If you combine 1, you get 3rd
When four elements 1 are combined, it becomes the shape shown in Fig. 4, and when one element 2 and each element 1 are combined, it becomes the shape shown in Fig. 5, and two elements When 2 and 4 elements 1 are combined, the shape shown in FIG. 6 is obtained.

From the above, it is clear that the element 1 or the element 1
By suitably combining element 2 and element 1, which are twice the size of , it is easy to increase the size of the right-angled isosceles triangular base member 3 and, by extension, the rotating frame bed body composed of the base member 3. It can be done.

Note that a basic member 3 that combines a plurality of elements 1 or 2
In this case, each element is separated. (Third step) In order to make a floor assembly member using the foundation member 3, the shape of the right-angled isosceles triangle base member is changed to Δ in FIG.
When expressed as Abc, each side Ab that sandwiches the right angle of ΔAbc,
A point E, which is on ac and is at a distance Ae, af from the orthogonal vertex equal to the length of the median line Ab passing through the orthogonal vertex a;

Both ΔAbg and ΔFch produced by cutting become right-angled isosceles triangles, so if these are used as the element 1, the base members 3 of different sizes as shown in FIG. 8 are obtained, and furthermore? Since floor assembly members can be obtained, the door floor material can be used effectively and the cost of the rotating P floor body can be reduced.

When the door floor assembly member is made of plate-shaped door floor material,
Each plate-like member is formed in advance into a block shape with appropriate intervals interposed therebetween. Block-shaped with pentagonal end faces Aegt
The door floor assembly member 5 in the shape of lf is arranged and fixed at right angles around the rotation axis via a mounting frame equipped with a rotation axis number and a presser rod, with the tip a facing the center of rotation, and then rotated. Assembled into the floor body. The number of mounting frames and presser rods is reduced by half compared to, for example, a case where eight square P-floor assembly members are mounted on the rotating shaft. Furthermore, a conventional door floor assembly member 6 in the form of a right triangle with the same rotation radius r and the same central angle θ as the quadrangle Aegd, which is a half of the pentagonal door floor assembly member 5 obtained by the material taking method of the present invention. In comparison,
As is clear from FIG. 9, according to the material removal method of the present invention, the contact area is increased compared to the conventional method. However, in the case of a floor assembly member 5 constructed using a foundation member 3 that combines a plurality of elements 1 or 2,
Since each element is separated, it is convenient to interpose a net between each element, since these elements will be stacked around the rotation axis when assembled on the rotating well bed. (Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above, when the door floor material is removed using the material removal method of the present invention, the material removal operation is simple and can be performed accurately and easily at the assembly site. It is possible to easily increase the size of the rotary sake bed body, and there is very little loss, making it possible to increase the contact area and reduce production costs.
