DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for condensing cleaning steam, in which the cleaning steam conventionally used for steam cleaning is condensed by contacting a cooling pipe formed in a coil shape, and the cleaning steam is condensed outside the cleaning tank. However, this method is extremely insufficient, and a considerable amount of cleaning vapor leaks outside, resulting in a large amount of solvent loss, which is not only uneconomical, but also undesirable from an environmental hygiene perspective. This tendency is particularly noticeable in linear cleaning machines in which a long object to be cleaned is introduced from one end of the steam cleaning tank and is continuously taken out from the other end. Since both the inlet side and the outlet side are open and the object to be cleaned is moving at a high speed, an air current is generated in the outlet direction, making it particularly easy for solvent vapor to flow out. The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and consists in forming a liquid curtain by causing a cooling cleaning liquid to flow down, and condensing the solvent vapor by contacting the liquid curtain with the solvent vapor.
Unlike the conventional cooling pipe, which is a contact between a solid and steam, the contact between a cooling liquid curtain and steam has extremely good contact efficiency and enables rapid condensation of steam. No leakage to the outside will occur.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a linear cleaning machine, in which a long object to be cleaned 3 introduced from one end of a steam cleaning tank 2 is continuously led out from the other end. A steam generator 5 equipped with a heater 4 was connected to the upper end of the steam cleaning tank 2 via a communication pipe 6, and a nozzle 8 formed in this connection port 7 was connected to a steam generator 5 equipped with a heater 4. A passageway 9 for a long object to be cleaned 3 is formed in the facing direction.

Also, at the upper end of the steam 5 cleaning tank 2 is a cooler 12 for cleaning liquid 11.
A cooling liquid pipe 13 with one end communicating with the cooling liquid pipe 13 is connected to the cooling liquid pipe 13, and a receiving cap 14 for the cooled cleaning liquid 11 is protruded from the outer periphery of the connection port 7 facing the cooling liquid pipe 13. A large number of fins 15 are formed at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction and are located on both sides of the length-shaped object to be cleaned 3 in the direction of transfer, and the outside is inclined downward, and the cooling cleaning liquid introduced from the cooling liquid pipe 13 flows down the fins 15. to form a liquid curtain 16. Further, a pressurized gas jet body 18 having a jet port 17 opened in the direction of the fins 15 is formed at the lower end of the passage 9 for the object to be cleaned 3, and the pressurized gas is jetted in the direction of the fins 15. The solvent vapor is forced to flow in the direction of the fins 15 and the liquid curtain 16, and the solvent vapor is brought into contact with the liquid curtain 16, thereby condensing the solvent vapor. At the same time, the pressurized gas ejected from the spout 17 passes through the baffle plate 20 to form a vapor. The water flows back from the outlet pipe 21 connected to the outside of the cleaning tank 2 to the inflow pipe 22 inside the ejection body 18 and is circulated. In addition, a liquid curtain 16 is provided at the lower end of the steam cleaning tank 2.
A pool tank 23 for temporarily storing the cleaning liquid 11 used as a vacuum cleaner is connected to the pool tank 23, and the overflow liquid from the pool tank 23 is led to the steam generator 5 through an overflow pipe 24 and connected to the cooler 12 via a pump 25. . Since the present invention is constructed as described above, unlike the conventional method in which a solid such as a cooling vibrator is brought into contact with steam, the liquid curtain of the cooling cleaning liquid is brought into contact with steam, so that the contact efficiency is extremely good and quick. Since it is possible to condense two kinds of steam, it can also be used in a linear type cleaning machine that cleans a long object introduced from one end of the steam cleaning tank and continuously taken out from the other end. , cleaning vapor will not leak out of the cleaning tank.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, a liquid curtain was installed in the linear washer, but in other different embodiments, the solvent was heated to generate cleaning steam, and this cleaning steam was sent to the steam cleaning tank. It is also possible to use the exchange type cleaning machine 26 in which the object to be cleaned is changed to the cleaning tank after each cleaning operation, and in this case, as shown in FIG. A large number of fins 15 are formed in the vertical direction at appropriate intervals, and the cooled cleaning liquid 11 is caused to flow down the fins 15 to form a liquid curtain 1.
6 is formed, and the solvent vapor generated from the steam generation tank 2 is brought into contact with this liquid curtain 16 to condense the solvent vapor.
