Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）入力信号のレベルを基準信号のレベルと比較して
    比較結果に対応した信号を出力する判定回路と、前記基
    準信号を前記判定回路に供給する基準信号発生回路とを
    備え、前記基準信号発生回路は、前記入力信号を基にし
    て前記入力信号のレベルに応じたレベルの基準信号を出
    力する回路であるレベル判定装置。
  2. （２）前記入力信号は間けつ的な信萼であり、前記基準
    信号発生回路は、コンデンサと抵抗とを有する充放電回
    路で構成されて前記入力信号のピーク値を保持するピー
    クホールド回路と、前記ピークホールド回路の出力信号
    を分圧する分圧用抵抗とを備え、前記分圧用抵抗により
    分圧された信号を基準信号として前記判定回路に出力す
    る回路である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のレベ
    ル判定装置。
  3. （３）前記ピークホールド回路は、前記入力信号の最小
    間隔の５ないしｍ倍の時定数に設定されている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第２項記載のレベル判定装置。
  4. （４）前記入力信号は間けつ的な信号であり、前記基準
    信号発生回路は、コイデンサと抵抗とを有する充放電回
    路で構成されて前記入力信号のピーク値を保持するピー
    クホールド回路と、前記ピークホールド回路の出力信号
    を分圧する分圧用抵抗と、補助基準信号を発生する補助
    基準信号源とを備え、分圧された信号と前記補助基準信
    号とのうちレベノ１の高い信号を基準信号として出力す
    る回路である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のレベ
    ル判定装置。　、
