High-frequency thermotherapy is a treatment in which a pair of electrode plates are brought into close contact with a living body and an induced current is applied to heat the affected area, such as cancer or a tumor.

This is because the heat resistance temperature of normal cells in living organisms is generally 43 to 4.
4°C, whereas cancer cells die at temperatures below 42°C, although this varies depending on the type. Therefore, if a living body is maintained at a temperature above 42'C and below 43'C, cancer cells will not cause any harm to normal cells. This is because only cells can be killed.

Further, subsequent research has shown that mild heating of the affected area to around 39-40°C is more effective than thermal therapy alone when used in combination with radiation therapy or chemotherapy.

In the case of this mild heating of about 39 to 40 degrees Celsius, the treatment takes a long time and must be repeated many times.Currently, it is difficult to efficiently treat patients with weakened physical strength while lying in bed. It is.

Moreover, it is often difficult to attach a pair of electrode applicators to, for example, the abdominal side and the back side, because even if one applicator is successfully attached, the other applicator may be misaligned or come off.

As described above, the high-frequency thermal treatment bed according to the present invention has flexibility that allows it to adhere closely to the body, and is electrically independent and has a cooling bag configured to allow cooling fluid to circulate therein. A plurality of electrode applicators capable of supplying power to the body are successively installed along the recumbent position of the body on the bed main body, and the electrode applicator has a cooling bag body similar to the above, electrically paired with the electrode applicators. Since the electrode applicator is movable on the bed body, the patient simply lies on the bed and the electrode applicator comes into close contact with the patient's body, allowing treatment to be applied to the required areas sequentially by electrical switching without moving the patient's body. In addition, the pump and cooler for circulating the cooling fluid in the cooling bag body are installed in the bed itself, so there is no need to set up a special treatment room. However, it has the advantage of being able to perform thermal treatment easily and comfortably just by bringing in the bed itself, and is of great practical benefit.
